Breathtaking beach but crowded pools

The kids loved the family selection amenities. the beach was pristine, and the staff's kindness made the journey memorable. We enjoyed delightful evenings at the Italian restaurant.

Unfortunately, the wait for poolside seats was frustrating. The transportation to activities felt long, making it difficult to explore everything without patience.

Consider asking your butler about unique local excursions that may not be well advertised. They can enhance your stay significantly.

Our junior suite was spacious, offering stunning views. The butler service made transitions seamless, and we enjoyed the quiet family selection area. The kids loved splashing around at the pool. A delightful stay overall!

The pool in the family selection area was incredibly small and crowded with children, making it impossible to find a place to relax. Additionally, the check-in process took far too long due to a shortage of staff, which added to our frustration. Communication with the reception was poor during the butler's off hours, leaving us without help when we needed it.

We had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful landscaping and the amazing variety at the buffet. The adults-only pool area was a perfect way to unwind, and the spa treatments were heavenly. Just a heads-up, the check-in could be a bit slow, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

The Family Selection Junior Suite Beachside was impressive with charming Caribbean views from the furnished terrace featuring a Jacuzzi. We loved the variety in the buffet, and the ambiance around the resort made our family walks very relaxing. The Rafael Nadal Academy is a must-visit for tennis lovers!

The varied dining options were impressive, with standout seasonal dishes and an engaging buffet that catered to all tastes. The exceptional staff really enhanced our experience, ensuring help was always at hand. However, the family pool felt overcrowded, and check-in could be markedly improved. Additionally, transportation around the resort sometimes took longer than expected, impacting exploration time.

It was all fantastic.

we enjoyed our stay at palladium for 3 nights. the hotel landscaping was stunning and much prettier than the pictures showed. the buffet offered a great variety, and the steak house and italian restaurants were highlights. being close to the airport made our travel back to the us smooth and easy. the family selection made us feel especially catered to.
